My fasting readings average 150.
My before breakfast readings average 120 and the rest of the day is around 100. My last A1c was 6.2
I got up at 2 am not long ago and my glucose was 98. At 6 am was 159!! So I know my problem is Dawn Phenomenom, but how to handle it?? I have tried anything anyone suggested.
When I wake up it’s usually 100 by mid morn its 136 after lunch its 166/175 mid afternoon its 89 I haven’t had a snack. by 5:30 its 110 I’ve had a piece of candy by bed time it’s 145
